Forman Farms

Charlie and Christine Forman have been farming on the Brewer’s Mills Road in Seeley's Bay, ON since 1973. In order to diversify our farm business, we purchased a greenhouse operation from our neighbour in 2005. Christine manages the greenhouse with a staff of 1 full time, 1 part time and 4 seasonal employees.

Glengarry Fine Cheese

Glengarry Fine Cheese is situated on the farm of Margaret Peters-Morris’ family ancestral lands in Lancaster, ON. They carefully age the cheese in their European designed aging rooms where their cheeses develop their mouth-watering finish in their own time.

Golden Moment Farm

We established Golden Moment Farm in Athens, ON in 1997. Since then we have grown from 300 buckets and a homemade processing system to over 1200 taps on pipeline and the latest in Maple Syrup processing equipment.

In 1997, Chris and his wife Kim bought the Brockville, ON farm from his father, Kyle, and started to focus their efforts on the retail store, known as Hall’s Apple Market. Chris and Kim are now juggling 4 kids, along with 80 acres of farm, and a store that carries a lot more than just apples.
